Due to our dedication in ensuring each product is crafted meticulously, we do not accept returns or exchanges sold through Kris Lucie.

However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@krislucie.com, within 48 hours of receiving your items. We are more than happy to find a solution, and will handle each situation case by case. 

Please be advised:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, once received.
• We are not liable for packages, once they have been received and scanned at carrier.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, caused by incorrect shipping information, provided at checkout. 
• For "Return to Sender" packages, once received at our location, a refund will be credited.
